Safety

We are committed to creating a culture of safety that extends to every employee and job site. Our safety program includes:

• Minimum of 24 hours of MSHA safety training for each new employee before standard job duties begin
• Minimum of 8 hours of safety training annually for each employee

Safety is a culture at Cardinal Aggregates, it starts with our employees. Our safety department includes a full-time safety manager who conducts weekly safety inspections on all job sites. Our safety manager also ensures our jobs comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.
