We specialize in aggregates production at fixed base facilities and portable crushing sites as well as hauling aggregates and construction debris for various contractors. Responsibilities
1. Driving
  • Safely operate company vehicles.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of material to designated locations.
2. Documentation
  • Complete delivery logs and other required paperwork.
Requirements
  • Class B CDL (manual endorsement preferred)
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects if required.
  • Familiarity with laptop and tablet.

Lead Driver

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Lead Driver with light maintenance abilities to join our team.

We are looking for a Lead Driver who not only possesses excellent driving skills but also has the
capability to perform light maintenance tasks on vehicles. The Lead Driver will guide a team of drivers, ensuring that deliveries are completed efficiently and safely. Additionally, they will be responsible for conducting basic maintenance checks and minor repairs on company vehicles to ensure they remain in optimal operating condition.

Responsibilities
1. Driving
  • Safely operate company vehicles.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of material to designated locations.
2. Team Leadership
  • Provide guidance to a team of drivers.
  • Assist in delivery routes and schedules to drivers.
  • Provide feedback to management.
3. Maintenance
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on company vehicles, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
  • Complete basic repairs such as replacing bulbs, fuses, and windshield wipers.
  • Coordinate with management for more complex repairs or maintenance tasks.
4. Documentation
  • Complete delivery logs and other required paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a professional driver, in a commercial truck.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects if required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Class A CDL.
  • Semi dump experience.
  • Experience in light vehicle maintenance or a related field.
  • Familiarity with laptop and tablet.
